Comfortable atmosphere made me feel right at home. The room had a cozy sitting area and came with tea and coffee facilities. Harry at check-in was incredibly friendly. He even guided me to my room, which made settling in easier. I really appreciated the space in my Business Double Room with Gym Access. Unfortunately, the dining hall was under renovation, so breakfast and dinner weren’t available during my stay. The lack of soap or shampoo in the room caught me off guard, but having cookware and utensils was a nice touch if I wanted to prepare something myself. A bit more attention to room basics would enhance the experience.
